1. What is the application of the cold room?
It will affect the temperature needed to reach, and the choice of thickness of panel and material covered on panel.The thickness about panels can be 75mm,100mm,120mm,150mm,180mm and 200mm. Surface material can be PPGI, 304 stainless steel and embossed aluminum steel.
2. What is the size of the cold room? And what compressor unit you use?
It will affect the choice of condensing unit. Usually we use different compressor brands base on clients request.
3. Which country will the cold room located in? What is the ambient temperature in summer? What is the voltage?
It will affect how long will it take to produce condensing unit, as 380v is the common type, for 220v and 110V need to be customized.
